Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes what information YOGRTBot ("the Bot") and the associated website at colblitz.com/mudae/ (the "Service") collect, how it is used, and your choices. The Service is operated by colblitz. By inviting the Bot to a Discord server or using the Service, you accept the practices described below.

Information We Collect

• Discord identity. When you log in via Discord OAuth, we request the identify scope, which gives us your Discord user ID and username. We do not request your email, guild list, or other Discord account details.
• Messages in channels where the Bot is present. The Bot reads message content in Discord channels where it has been invited and is configured to monitor. This includes Mudae sphere-game board states and reward lines, which are processed to provide solver recommendations and to compile aggregate usage statistics.
• Saved settings and calculator inputs. When you use the calculators or live solver while logged in, your saved preferences and submitted inputs and results (for the perk-9, $bw, sphere-upgrades, and disablelist calculators) are stored and associated with your Discord user ID so they persist across sessions.
• Session cookie. A signed cookie is set in your browser after Discord login so the Service recognizes you across page loads. The cookie is stateless (it carries no server-side session record) and is cleared when you log out.

How We Use Information

• To provide solver recommendations, live updates, and calculator results.
• To persist your saved settings and calculator inputs across sessions.
• To compile aggregate (non-identifying) statistics about how the solvers are used.
• To diagnose bugs and improve the Service.

Data Sharing and Selling

We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law or as described in this policy. The Service does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Data Retention

Aggregate usage statistics are retained indefinitely. Your saved settings and calculator inputs remain until you delete them or request removal. Raw message content is processed in memory and is not stored verbatim beyond the operational window needed to provide live updates.

Data Security

The Service runs on a single server. Reasonable measures are taken to protect collected information, but no system can be guaranteed fully secure. Authentication tokens and secrets are stored only in server-side configuration and are never committed to source control.

Your Choices

• You can log out at any time from the Service, which clears your session cookie.
• You can request deletion of your saved settings and associated data by contacting colblitz on Discord.
• Server administrators can remove the Bot from their Discord server at any time, after which the Bot will no longer read messages in that server.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Discord requires users to meet a minimum age; by using the Service you represent that you meet that requirement.

Changes to This Policy

The operator may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
